As a bright and smooth Finishing Agent of a new generation for high-grade textile,the bright, soft and smooth agent RG-G606/R50 is a  macro-molecular emulsion polymerized by the modified organic silicone of high viscosity and polysiloxane.It makes fabrics feel quite soft, bright, and smooth, suitable for various finished products of fiber yarn, thus the best choice of bright, soft and smooth finishing agents for fabrics.

Performance and application:
   Features are as follows:
  1.It is of no grease type, with no greasy surface, no yellowing, nor affecting various physical properties of fastness;
 2.It manifests sound glossiness, dry resistance and wet-rub properties, as well as flexibility; 
 3.Wrinkle resistance and tear strength of fabrics would be considerably improved after finishing.;
 4. Fabrics come out soft, bulky, particularly smooth and bright, with no stratified level, nor floating oil.
 5.It feels soft and exquisite, with sound long-lasting softness, and remains stable after washing many times.
 6.It brings special brightness and smoothness to imitating leather fiber.
 7.It brings excellent smoothness and brightness to fabrics which gains very good drapability.
 8.Fabrics could gain the ideal bright feel and color after finishing with this product.
 9.It could be bathed with the most majority of organic softeners and other Textile Auxiliary agents, suitable to be widely used during finishing.

Range of appication:     
It could be applied to after-finishing of cotton, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic, etc. synthesized  fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing factories;  
It could be used for soft, smooth and bright finishing of jeans, washed cloth, sweater, etc.in washing plants; 
Tower and wig factories can use this product to attain a smooth and bright effect after finishing;
It can also be applied to the softening finishing of knitted products in knitting mills before settling, to make cloth stretch until the required width without any deforming. 
 
Applying method:     
As a product of high concentration, clients could dilute it with water to use by themselves (the suggested ratio is 1:5) 
    For dilution reference (dilution ratio as 1:5) stir it slightly to begin, with raw material matching as: 10KG, water 50KG.
    Process procedure: put 50KG water into stirring bucket, stir it with a stick, add the product of 10KG gradually, and stir about 1-3 minutes for packaging to use.
    Diluting solution for impregnation: 2-5%(o.w.f)   bath ratio: 1:10~15
    Diluting solution for padding process:  10-50g/L  one impregnation and one padding or one impregnation and two padding.
