This is a high grade hydrophilic soft Finishing Agent of modified quaternary ammonium salt adopted the new technology synthetic terpolymer structure. It shows sound stability under alkaline and high temperature conditions, especially suitable for use in a crock. It could make fabrics feel softer, more smooth and plump hand feeling, and with good hydrophilicity. Cotton fabrics would be hydrophilic for 2-3 seconds after treatment.
