3. Application:
 This product is a high effective penetrating agent, applied in  Treatment of Leather, cotton, linen, viscose and blended products. Treated fabric can bleached and dyed directly without scouring. Penetrating Agent T can penetrated rapidly and evenly, also has excellent wetting, emulsifying and foaming properties. The effective would be best when temperature below 40ºC degree, PH value is between 5 - 10. Strong Penetrating ability, can reduce the surface tension significantly. It belongs to ionic surfactant.
