Chelating Dispersing Agent RG-SPN	Anion	Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid	It is an acrylic acid copolymer, anion chelating Dispersant. It can deoxidize cellulose fiber and its blended fabrics; diffusing agent and protective colloid during dyeing ; with no foam producing, and no anti-dyeing reaction. It can prevent particles in cotton such as colloid, alkalene soil metal, wax, hard water metal ion substance from settling on fibers or producing dyeing defects in combination with dyes. As the soap cleaner of active dye, it can effectively remove  the hydrolized dye and color floating during dyeing or printing process

Performance characteristics and application:
Chelating dispersant RG-SPN has excellent dispersing effect on the alkaline earth metal ion, wax, pectic substance of raw cotton, and sediment due to hard water.
Chelating dispersant RG-SPN also has the effect of complexing metal ion, prevent reducing the affinity of dye to fiber due to calcium, ion affect solubility of anion dye, and reducing the brilliant of dyeing.
Even in the hard water, it can still also make the vat dye such as indanthrene blue BC was absorbed completely by fiber.
Can prevent hydrolyzed reactive dyes forming to calcium salt (such a calcium salt very difficult to wash out in the hard water).
Due to Chelating dispersant RG-SPN has a moderate complexing effect on metal ions, will not extract those complex ions such as copper and chromium contained in metal complex dyes, thus wouldn't affect the brilliant and fastness of reactive and direct dyes which contained complex metal.
Chelating dispersant RG-SPN have no surface reactive function, so almost no foam, as well as no affinity on anion dyes.
This product can be applied as pretreatment, dyeing, soaping agent. For hard water ion and other heavy metal ions, and impurity of dyeing bath, has  the function of chelating and dispersing and protecting colloid.
When process of yarn and grey fabric dyeing, Chelating dispersant RG-SPN can prevent precipitation and sediment of hard water substance and other impurity.
Its floating color effect would be more obvious when as reactive dye dyeing and print soaping agent to turquoise blue and scarlet color.
As pretreatment, can prevent silica scales formed by sodium silicate.
This product has the following properties:
Stability: this product is very stability under the usual concentration of dye liquor on kinds of acid, alkaline and electrolyte products.
Miscibility: Chelating dispersant RG-SPN can be mutual solution with anion and non-ionic products.
Solubility: Chelating dispersant RG-SPN can be soluble with anionic and non-ionic product. It will have precipitation in acid or neutral solution with kinds of cationic additives, but no this phenomenon in alkaline solution.
Ecosystem: Waste water containing Chelating dispersant RG-SPN in biological sewage treatment plant is very easy to remove. This product doesn't contain phosphorus and APEO, non will to release the AOX to waste water.
